Borderlands 3 may have been 2K’s fastest selling game in the history of forever, but it sure hasn’t been very quick about fixing its various performance problems over on PC.

Although recently I have become a fan of their freestyle settings, being able to apply a sharpening filter in game for barely any performance loss is amazing.I’m a pretty huge fan of Shadowplay personally. It’s all about prioritizing the right settings so you end up with a nice balance of visuals and performance. I’m no expert but you might like to check your scan location list to make sure it’s included (Settings>Games> Scan Location).It is in included. Seems to be happening to quite a few people playing through Steam.Biggest impact of this is that I can’t use Nvidia Freestyle to modify the in-game look…I am guessing the Steam version is different enough from the Epic one that it needs to be re-added to this list:Automatically optimize your game settings for over 50 games with the GeForce Experience application. You can fine tune it a bit, however I’m yet to see a recommendation that spits out sensible settings. Almost never use shadowplay but the few times i have, it seemed pretty alright, reminded me of PS4s easy to use recording feature.
