Although this is a low-budget film with some problems you may expect (special effects, some bad actors), the story entertains.
Willen Dafoe is astonishing playig Max Schreck! Peter Vincent, the vampire hunter, is great. and, as a pet from Transylvania, it has problems with sunlight, is gifted with superstrenght and superspeed, and speaks.

The planned reburial of a town elder goes awry as the corpse resurrects into a hopping, bloodthirsty vampire, targeting everyone responsible for digging the grave. There is a heterodox filmmaking, which mixes many different styles alternatively, that works properly.
Deffinitely, this is not an ordinary film. Viago, Deacon and Vladislav are vampires who are finding that modern life has them struggling with the mundane - like paying rent, keeping up with the chore wheel, trying to get into nightclubs and overcoming flatmate conflicts.
